Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, based in Morristown, NJ, with opportunities to work from home on select days. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client accounts, acting as a primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring that their insurance needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities also include identifying opportunities for upselling, resolving client concerns, preparing policy documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.

Maintaining accurate records and staying informed about market trends and industry regulations will also be critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to effectively manage client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships and effectively collaborate internally.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, market trends, and industry compliance standards to address clients’ needs and provide informed advice.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other technology tools utilized for account management and data analysis.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for addressing client concerns and ensuring smooth account operations.
  • Propert and casualty insurance license required.
  • 5+ years of prior experience in account management and/or the insurance industry is highly desirable.
