• Investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims with high potential exposure
• Analyze coverage and determine compensability and benefits
• Establish reserves and negotiate settlements for claims
• Conduct phone meetings with insureds and claimants
• Prepare large loss reports for internal and external audiences

• Minimum of 7+ years of proven success in California workers' compensation claims adjusting experience
• Current license to adjust workers’ compensation claims in California
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats
• Industry designations such as Associate in Claims are highly regarded

• 10+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims adjusting
• Proven experience with higher exposure claims
• Familiarity with claims adjusting processes and strategies
