• Prepare and coordinate analyses for insurance rating, supporting individual account pricing and portfolio-level analyses
• Conduct statistical analysis to develop recommendations for pricing, documenting assumptions and methods
• Prepare actuarial findings suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing actuarial support and insights
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues, depending on experience

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience in statistical and actuarial analysis, or a graduate degree with 3 years of experience
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, or Radar
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience with actuarial analysis on Commercial Auto lines insurance
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and the insurance marketplace
• Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups or volunteering
