This is a full‑time remote position for a Producer at KIRK MILLER INSURANCE AGENCY, INC. The Producer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs, and providing tailored advice on coverage options. Day‑to‑day responsibilities will include prospecting and acquiring new clients, renewing policies, providing customer support, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The Producer will work closely with the team to meet sales goals and deliver top‑notch service.

• Proven communication and client management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Prior experience in sales, insurance, or customer service‑related roles.
• Knowledge and understanding of various insurance products, such as auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in insurance software and tools, as well as basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office.
• Active insurance producer license in one or more of the following states:
  California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Washington, Illinois, New Mexico, or Oregon (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
