• Fillin basic scope sheets.
• Utilize Xactanalysis software effectively.

• Current,active Xactimate license with experience writing estimates for bothresidential and commercial damages.
• Flexibility to maintain a non-traditional work schedule to accommodate the needs ofinsureds and carriers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear andtimely communication.
• Proficient in various claims management systems and strong technological skills.
• Abilityto manage workload independently and exercise good judgment.
• Openness to receiving and providing constructive feedback.
• Backgroundscreening eligibility and current active licenses as required.
