This is a remote contract role for an Insurance Agent. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding and selecting insurance options, including health, life, and long-term care plans. Day‑to‑day tasks include consulting with clients to assess needs, explaining policy options, providing recommendations, enrolling clients in suitable plans, and ensuring continued support throughout the customer journey. Agents will also cultivate client relationships and stay informed on industry updates and regulations to offer the best advice.

• Proven knowledge of insurance products, including Medicare, Marketplace coverage, and life insurance
• Strong client consultation and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on clear communication and personalized service
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills to meet client needs and deadlines
• Proficiency in using digital tools, platforms, and technology for remote work and client interaction
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on insurance policies and regulatory changes
• Experience in sales and customer service is advantageous
• Licensure in insurance or willingness to obtain necessary certification within a designated timeframe
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
