Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Established agency seeking to hire a commercial insurance account manager to join their commercial team. Ideal candidate will have a commercial lines background in the property & casualty industry.
ResponsibilitiesThe account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs, including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction. The ideal Commercial Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of commercial lines account management skills, including but not limited to: customer service, administration and remarketing accounts.
Qualifications- Minimum 3-5 plus years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages.
- Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent technical/analytical skills.
- Detail oriented.
