Remote Customer Service Specialist

• Provide exceptional customer support on the primary temporary housing line, assisting policyholders and partners with inquiries
• Handle inbound calls and accurately enter new housing claims into the system
• Monitor and respond to inbound emails related to claims and housing requests
• Extend hotel stays for clients and retrieve hotel folios for billing accuracy
• Audit hotel folios and maintain accurate data across internal systems

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in claims processing or related business experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems, claim systems, and insurance products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in the insurance or finance industry
• Proven problem‑solving and resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with quality programs in a corporate setting
