• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home
• Evaluate risk and confidently close sales while overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
• Participate in a structured training program and adhere to fixed schedules for the first year
• Maintain all required state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
• Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate within a team
• Distraction-free work environment and high-speed broadband internet required
• Capability to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance License during the training period

• Experience in inbound sales is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is advantageous
