- Provide exceptional customer support on the temporary housing line by assisting policyholders, adjusters, and partners with inquiries
- Handle inbound calls and process hotel extensions while ensuring accuracy and quality service
- Enter new housing claims into the system efficiently
- Monitor and respond to inbound emails related to claims, approvals, and housing requests
- Audit hotel folios for billing accuracy and compliance
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in claims processing or related business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
- Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems, claim systems, and insurance products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in the insurance or finance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
