• Support the National BI Analytics Leader in executing the analytics strategy to enhance client retention and growth
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and support risk management techniques
• Collaborate with Producers and Account Executives to develop and execute customized service strategies for clients
• Provide analytical resources and expertise to account teams and clients
• Assist in educational presentations to enhance staff knowledge of analytical capabilities

• BS/BA in insurance & risk management, actuarial science, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or statistics
• 2 to 5 years of insurance analytics experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel and Power Point
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills

• Property & Casualty underwriting experience with a focus on analytics
• Property & Casualty actuarial experience
• Knowledge of property & casualty insurance analytics concepts and tools
