- Support the National BI Analytics Leader in executing MMA’s analytics strategy to enhance client retention and growth
- Analyze claims data using various analytical tools to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Producers and Account Executives to plan and execute customized service strategies for clients
- Provide analytical resources and expertise to account teams and clients
- Assist in the research and development of new tools and deliverables as directed
- BS/BA in insurance & risk management, actuarial science, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or statistics
- 2 to 5 years of insurance analytics experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel and Power Point
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload
- Property & Casualty underwriting experience with a focus on analytics
- Property & Casualty actuarial experience
- Knowledge of property & casualty insurance analytics concepts and tools
