• 5+ years of personal lines account management experience,
• Understanding of Personal Property & Casualty insurance coverage + Commercial Property & Casualty insurance coverage
• Valid Property & Casualty License
• Experience with Applied Epic (preferred) or similar management systems
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
