About the Role
100% remote, work-from-home position for a large insurance agency that is rapidly expanding throughout the Midwest, South, and Mid-Atlantic. Open due to a retirement, the Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager assumes a legacy book of business that is primarily middle market in industries such as real estate, construction, technology, and healthcare.
Duties & Responsibilities- Oversee the client’s risk portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvements and answering questions about billing, policy changes, renewals, claims, etc.
- Support renewal efforts; gather information, complete applications, monitor timelines, and work with underwriters to secure quotes.
- Prepare summaries and proposals. Review policy documents. Work closely with account reps to ensure accuracy and responsiveness on certificates, , etc.
- Five or more years of commercial insurance industry experience in a similar client management/account service role.
- Active state insurance license.
