What You’ll Do

• Strengthening agency relationships— You’ll analyze your territory, identify the most promising agencies, and help them grow within our market definition.
• Adding value on every interaction— Your visits and calls with agency partners will be purposeful, proactive, and centered around helping them succeed.
• Driving growth and profitability— You’ll own performance goals for both your territory and each agency you support.
• Leading operational collaboration— You’ll guide the operations team in agency review discussions and translate decisions into actionable next steps.
• Supporting underwriting and new business— You’ll help agents quote and write business using your underwriting authority and our established processes.
• Expanding our agency footprint— You’ll continuously develop a pipeline of prospective agencies aligned with Celina Insurance Group’s goals.
• Developing agency talent— You’ll help train producers, CSRs, and other agency staff on our products and systems.
• Clarifying performance insights— You’ll support agents in understanding key production and status reports.
• Coordinating communication— You’ll help connect home office personnel with the field when needed.
• Staying organized and accountable— You’ll complete expenses and weekly progress reporting in a timely, professional manner.

Preferred Background
