Job OverviewWe are seeking Customer Service / Insurance Agents to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on building relationships with clients, presenting tailored life insurance solutions, and providing ongoing policy support. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a client‑centered approach, and the ability to work independently in a performance‑driven environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and benefits.
- Assist with basic policy servicing tasks, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary updates.
- Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and promote retention.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check.
- Active life insurance license preferred; candidates willing to obtain a license are encouraged to apply (guidance provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
