This fully remote role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with a service heart – someone who loves to build relationships, grow accounts, and take exceptional care of clients from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential Commercial Lines prospects, understand their operational risks, and provide customized insurance solutions.
  • Present and sell Commercial Lines products, including general liability, property, workers' compensation, BOPs, commercial auto, umbrellas, and industry-specific coverages.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts, focusing on relationship-building, cross-selling, and long-term retention.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for business owners, office managers, and commercial clients.
  • Conduct thorough coverage reviews, ensuring clients have the protection they need as their business evolves.
  • Handle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and claims support with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the Integrity team to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to renewal.
  • Provide support on Personal Lines accounts when needed, reinforcing our service-first culture across all client interactions.
Requirements
  • Texas residents only – this role is fully remote but must be performed within Texas.
  • Active General Lines Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
  • 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience in sales, account management, or both (required).
  • Experience in Personal Lines is preferred and highly valued.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, agency management system, and CRM.
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills.
  • A sales-minded professional who is equally passionate about serving and taking care of clients.
  • Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
