This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Life Insurance Specialist, based in Carrollton, TX, with flexibility for remote work. The Life Insurance Specialist will identify clients' insurance needs, recommend suitable insurance and annuity products, and build lasting relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include conducting consultations, managing client portfolios, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Collaboration within a team environment and providing excellent customer service will be key in this role.

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and knowledge of life insurance products
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Background in Finance and Sales is highly beneficial
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Willingness to obtain or hold a valid insurance license if not already licensed
• Proven organizational and time management skills
