Insurance Specialist

This is a hybrid role for an Insurance Specialist, based in Grayslake, IL, with the flexibility for occasional work from home. The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for managing client insurance needs, processing insurance claims, analyzing financial data, and supporting insurance brokerage activities. Additional responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Expertise in Insurance, including policy handling and claim management
• Understanding of Finance concepts and effective financial data analysis
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage processes and practices
• Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
