This is a part‑time hybrid role for an Insurance Producer based in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for building client relationships, providing tailored insurance coverage solutions, and supporting clients with their insurance needs. Responsibilities include selling insurance policies, evaluating client requirements, assisting with employee benefits, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience.

The role also involves clear and effective communication with clients and team members to manage accounts effectively and resolve inquiries.

• Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of various insurance products.
• Knowledge of Insurance industry practices and Employee Benefits.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in using relevant sales and customer management tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
