• Develop new personal and/or commercial insurance opportunities with new and existing clients
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow‑up and account support
• Prospect for new business, account rounding, and win‑back opportunities
• Quote, bind, and process insurance policies while securing required documentation
• Present policies and educate clients on coverage and pricing

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales and/or customer service experience
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
