Role Description
This is a full-time remote position as a Licensed Insurance Agent with Globe Life American Income Division:
Marks Organization. The role involves educating clients about insurance products, assessing their needs, and providing customized solutions to meet their financial and protection goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and handling policy applications. The agent will also assist policyholders with claims and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Licensing:
Possess a valid insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe. - Sales and Communication:
Strong skills in sales, client engagement, and clear, professional communication. - Customer Service:
Experience in addressing client needs, resolving concerns, and building long-lasting relationships. - Organizational and Time Management:
Ability to manage schedules, follow up with clients, and meet deadlines effectively. - Knowledge of Industry: Familiarity with life insurance products, financial planning, and supplemental benefits is highly desirable.
- Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to manage client data and maintain accurate records. - Reliable Work Ethic:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. - Education:
High school diploma or higher; additional certifications in insurance or sales are a plus.
