Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound conversations to understand their insurance needs and risk exposure.
  • Educate clients on insurance solutions by clearly explaining coverage options, benefits, and value, not just price.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through exceptional service, trust, and proactive follow‑up.
  • Accurately process new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Collaborate with a high‑performing agency team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and service standards.
  • Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and industry trends to provide informed, compliant recommendations.
Requirements
  • Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
  • A proactive and goal‑oriented mindset.
