Job Description:
The Commercial Lines Account Manager is essential in fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring the delivery of personalized insurance solutions. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage an array of Property and Casualty accounts in industries such as Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, and Restaurants.
- Diverse Account Expertise:
Maintain and expand a comprehensive understanding of Property and Casualty accounts across multiple industries. - Client Consultation & Support:
Provide responsive and precise advice on policy and coverage questions to ensure clients are well-informed and satisfied. - Policy Management:
Efficiently market and quote new businesses and renewals, aiming to achieve the best coverage and cost-effectiveness for clients. - Carrier Relations:
Develop and utilize strong relationships with multiple carrier underwriters to maximize benefits for client accounts. - Renewal Management:
Manage the renewal process with attention to detail, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in the insurance industry, with a focus on servicing commercial accounts. - Licensing:
Current Property and Casualty license required. - Software Proficiency:
Experience with Applied (TAM or EPIC) or AMS
360 preferred. - Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the insurance and brokerage sectors. - Technical
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
