Claims Training Consultant - Property

• Salary up to $96,800 annually

• Direct the planning, development, and presentation of training programs for Claims staff and management
• Assist in employee skill assessments and recommend developmental action plans
• Research, develop, and conduct training programs to enhance claims handling skills
• Maintain awareness of claims strategies and recommend training techniques to meet goals
• Provide ongoing communication and support between training and operational units

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-6 years of experience in Claims handling and/or corporate training
• Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Moderate analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products

• Familiarity with claims and negotiation techniques, technology, and customer relations management
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles record
