• Conduct complex risk assessments of insured properties and operations to support underwriting decisions
• Identify potential risk exposures and develop strategic recommendations for risk mitigation
• Analyze loss data to identify trends and implement tailored loss prevention programs
• Provide advanced technical guidance and training to clients on safety practices and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and sales to deliver joint marketing presentations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Safety Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in loss control, risk management, or a related field within the property and casualty insurance industry
• Advanced analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using data to analyze situations and recommend effective solutions

• Progress towards or completion of professional designations such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), or similar certifications
• Experience in a senior resource role within a Loss Control department
