Job Description
Opportunity to join a fast-growing Allstate Insurance Agency located in Miami's beautiful South Beach. Currently seeking high-performing Sales Producers with extensive personal lines and some commercial experience. Ideal candidates should be team-oriented, efficient, aggressive, and committed to serving our current clients as well as securing new potential growth opportunities. We are searching for enthusiastic, hard-working, and honorable people to join our team.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Proactively identifying and acting on cross-sell opportunities
Providing the occasional response to service requests for existing Auto and Property customers
Navigating lead management and CRM systems
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Insurance sales.
High School diploma required
2-20 Insurance license is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Exceptional communication skills
Fluent in a second language a plus
