• Analyze loss development, claim trends, and severity inflation for Personal Lines insurance products
• Support quarterly and annual reserve studies using standard actuarial techniques
• Assist in the analysis and management of reinsurance treaties and placements
• Collaborate with claims, finance, and underwriting teams to understand emerging trends
• Contribute to the improvement of reserving tools and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 4-7 years of actuarial experience in Property & Casualty insurance reserving
• ACAS or near ACAS with a commitment to achieving designation
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with VBA, SQL, R, Python, or actuarial software is a plus
• Understanding of actuarial standards of practice (ASOPs)

• Experience in personal lines pricing
• Knowledge of reinsurance accounting and financial reporting
• Familiarity with modeling information for RBC, Capital management, and rating agency reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-actuarial stakeholders
