In this role,you’lldesign and deliver engaging training, serve as a trusted subject matter expert, and help ensure consistent understanding and use of Rural Mutual products across the field.
You’llpartner with Product, Marketing, Underwriting, Compliance, and Agency teams to support successful product execution in the marketplace.
This role offers a dynamic blend of training delivery, product expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration.
This hybrid role
requires the ability to travel regularly to our Madison home office
to conduct training and support business needs.
