- Manage and resolve injury claims with exposure valued less than $25,000
- Handle both represented and unrepresented first and third-party auto liability cases
- Conduct investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
- Make coverage determinations and advise customers on appropriate actions related to claims
- Assist in catastrophes related activities, including handling simple homeowner losses
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Basic math and computer skills with the ability to type at least 30 wpm
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related area
- 1-3 years of casualty experience
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with AAA claims policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to actively shape company culture through participation in employee resource groups or volunteering
