What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the assigned adjuster for injury exposure, managing both represented and unrepresented claims
  • Handle simple to moderate first and third-party auto liability cases involving injuries
  • Conduct investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
  • Make coverage determinations and advise customers on the proper course of action
  • Negotiate and settle claims within the assigned authority
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
  • 2-3 years of claims experience
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make strong decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of casualty experience
  • Bilingual skills
  • Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
  • Willingness to travel for team meetings and in-person engagements
