Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in personal lines insurance, who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. You will primarily handle standard accounts, with occasional exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) clients.

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

• Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market personal lines accounts, primarily standard accounts with some HNW clients.
• Handle renewals, marketing, and new business processes.
• Quote new and renewal business as required.
• Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain organized and accurate records in AMS
  360 software.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in personal lines account management.
