** Account Manager
** to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key client groups, delivering strategic and consultative guidance on collaborative initiatives, assessing risk profiles, and preparing proposals for both new business and renewals.

** Your Impact:
*** Build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with internal and external agents, producers, and carrier underwriters.
* Leverage your commercial P&C insurance expertise to actively service existing accounts and drive new business opportunities.
* Manage workflow with a high degree of personal accountability, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient execution of deliverables.
* Participate in the retention and renewal of business by collaborating with agents/producers to prepare specifications, underwriting data, and marketing strategies for insurance products.
* Support the implementation of new lines of coverage, including setting up accounts, gathering required documentation, and reviewing plan details with stakeholders.
* Provide accurate and timely coverage analyses and quotations for new and additional coverages.
** Successful Candidates Will Have:
*** 2–5 years of Brokerage/MGA experience preferred, including P&C Commercial Lines experience
* Valid state P&C license (college degree preferred)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems
* Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages, rating procedures, compliance, and relevant legislation
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients, agents, and underwriters
* Insight into market trends and best practices to meet evolving client needsOne
