Casualty Specialist, Evaluator; Remote

• Act as the owning adjuster for identified injury exposures and manage claims up to $25,000
• Handle simple to moderate first and third-party auto liability cases, including injury claims
• Conduct investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
• Make coverage determinations and advise customers on appropriate actions
• Negotiate and settle claims independently within established authority

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Basic math and computer skills, with typing speed of at least 30 words per minute

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of casualty claims experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
• Willingness to travel as needed for team meetings and events
