Casualty Specialist, Evaluator; Remote

• Serve as the owning adjuster for injury exposure cases, managing both first and third-party claims
• Handle simple to moderate auto liability cases, including unrepresented and attorney-represented claimants
• Conduct investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
• Make coverage determinations and advise customers on appropriate actions regarding coverage issues
• Negotiate and settle claims within established authority limits

• High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• 2-3 years of claims experience
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills with a good command of the English language
• Ability to work independently and manage productivity in a self‑directed manner

• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of casualty experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
• Willingness to invest extra time to meet business needs and support team collaboration
