The salary range listed below is an average, but our pay structure has no cap, and many of our team members exceed this average.

• Identify potential clients' insurance needs and sell appropriate coverage options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting insurance products and closing deals.
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking and referrals, in addition to provided leads.
• Continuously update understanding of insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.

• Active Property and Casualty License required.
• Candidates must be located within one hour of Arizona's time zone, and maintain high speed internet and a private workspace.
• No insurance experience required, but sales experience preferred.
