Casualty Specialist, Evaluator; Remote

• Serve as the owning adjuster for injury exposure cases, managing claims with independent settlement limits of up to $25,000
• Handle simple to moderate first and third-party auto liability claims involving injury
• Conduct investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
• Make coverage determinations and advise customers on coverage issues
• Negotiate and settle claims within authority while presenting cases in Committee settings when necessary

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• 2-3 years of claims experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage productivity effectively

• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of casualty experience
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Demonstrated respect for diverse backgrounds and excellent communication skills
• Participation in employee resource groups or volunteer activities
