Casualty Specialist, Evaluator; Remote

• Serve as the owning adjuster for identified injury exposures, managing both first and third-party claims
• Handle claims with exposure valued less than $25,000, including simple homeowner losses
• Manage communications and investigative work related to claims, including interviewing witnesses and analysing evidence
• Make coverage determinations and advise customers on proper courses of action
• Present cases in committee settings and negotiate settlements within established authority

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• 2-3 years of claims experience
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage productivity effectively

• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of casualty experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Demonstrated respect for diverse backgrounds through excellent communication
• Willingness to actively participate in company culture initiatives
