Casualty Specialist, Evaluator; Remote

• Serve as the owning adjuster for injury exposure cases, resolving first and third-party claims
• Handle claims with exposure valued less than $25,000, including homeowner liability and medical payment claims
• Conduct investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
• Make coverage determinations and advise customers on appropriate actions
• Negotiate settlements and present cases in committee settings when necessary

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• 2-3 years of claims experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and a good command of the English language
• Ability to work independently and manage productivity effectively

• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of casualty experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience participating in employee resource groups or community volunteering
• Willingness to travel for role-related meetings and events
