• Serve as the owning adjuster for injury exposure claims, managing cases with independent settlement limits of up to $25,000
• Handle simple to moderate first and third-party auto liability cases, including unrepresented and attorney-represented claimants
• Conduct investigative work including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
• Make coverage determinations and advise customers on coverage issues
• Manage communications through various channels and maintain productivity by seeking claim assignments

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• 2-3 years of claims experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and make decisions effectively

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of casualty experience
• Bilingual skills
• Experience with AAA claims policies and procedures
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
