Casualty Specialist, Evaluator; Remote

• Serve as the owning adjuster for injury exposure claims, handling both represented and unrepresented cases
• Manage and resolve simple to moderate first and third-party auto liability claims
• Conduct investigative work including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
• Make coverage determinations and communicate effectively with customers regarding claims
• Negotiate settlements within established authority and present cases in committee settings when necessary

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• 2-3 years of claims experience demonstrating strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Proficient oral and written communication skills with a good command of the English language
• Basic math and computer skills with the ability to type at least 30 words per minute

• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• 1-3 years of casualty experience
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
• Willingness to travel as needed for role-related activities
