Casualty Specialist, Evaluator; Remote

• Act as the owning adjuster for injury exposure cases, managing claims with a settlement limit of up to $25,000
• Handle both first and third-party auto liability cases, including unrepresented and attorney-represented claims
• Conduct investigative work related to claims, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
• Manage communications effectively through various channels, including email and phone
  
  Make coverage determinations and advise customers on appropriate actions regarding claims

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with strong decision-making capabilities
• Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of casualty claims experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
