Casualty Specialist, Evaluator; Remote

• Manage and resolve first and third-party injury claims with an exposure of less than $25,000
• Conduct investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing evidence
• Make coverage determinations and advise customers regarding coverage issues
• Handle communications through various means including writing, phone, and electronic methods
• Occasionally represent the insured at settlement conferences, arbitrations, and trials

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in casualty claims within the property and casualty insurance industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills with the ability to type 30 wpm

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of casualty experience
• Bilingual skills
• Active participation in company culture and community engagement
• Willingness to travel for role‑related meetings and events
