Licensed Inside Sales Representative - Property and Casualty Uncapped ; Prim

• Starting base pay of $25/hour with an uncapped bonus plan
• Average variable compensation of approximately $2,000 per month, with potential to reach up to $5,000

• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on suitable insurance coverage based on their circumstances
• Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as needed

• Must currently possess an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License or Personal Lines License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy

• Experience in quoting and selling insurance products
• Knowledge of market trends and regulations in the insurance industry
• Previous customer service experience in a sales environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with insurance underwriting processes
