• Strategize and implement product plans for California Auto, ensuring compliance with business strategies and objectives
• Collaborate with distribution partners to ensure product performance and strategic execution
• Lead large initiatives critical to product success, including design, pricing, and operational planning

• Supervise product performance and review claims trends to meet loss ratio targets

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related functions such as pricing or product strategy
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, products, and competitive landscape

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or Actuarial designations
• Demonstrated ability to support employee resource groups and mentor team members
• Proven consultative leadership with advanced negotiation skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture
• Willingness to travel as needed for role-related meetings
