Position: Life Benefits Specialist

  • Provide clear and accurate education on available life insurance benefits
  • Support members through enrollment processes and understanding policy details
  • Maintain state licensing and adhere to compliance and professional standards
  • Manage a consistent schedule while following established agency processes
Qualifications
  • Must reside in one of the approved states:
    Georgia, Alabama, District of Columbia, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia
  • No prior insurance experience required; backgrounds in professional service are encouraged
  • Strong time management skills and accountability in a remote environment
  • Interest in long-term development and leadership opportunities
  • A life insurance license is required; agency support for licensing is provided
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in client service or educational roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Familiarity with the life insurance industry or related fields
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on client education
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
