• Strategize and implement product plans for the California property insurance market, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams on wildfire mitigation programs and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations
• Represent the employer in public forums and industry discussions to promote property insurance solutions in high-risk areas
• Oversee product performance, including retention and claims trends, to achieve profitability goals
• Drive strategy for California Property, advocating for rate and non-rate actions to meet market needs

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, with at least 5 years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and advanced product management expertise

• Experience influencing state policy and participating in regulatory discussions
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and support company culture initiatives
• Demonstrated success in change management and motivating teams towards results
• Familiarity with climate-driven risk trends and market dynamics in California
