• 8+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related roles such as pricing or product strategy
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, competitive landscape, and financial drivers of profitability

• Experience in analytical, product specialist, or market generation roles within the insurance industry
• Demonstrated ability to shape company culture and support employee resource groups
• Proven success in change management and motivating teams towards results
• Willingness to travel for team meetings and relationship‑building opportunities
• A mindset focused on company ownership and collaboration across departments
