• Assemble, check, and mail life and annuity policies along with necessary supporting documents
• Provide underwriting and agent support by ordering necessary underwriting requirements
• Correspond with agents and staff for information needed in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processing procedures and departmental standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experienced computer usage and proven skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Keyboarding skills with accuracy required
• One year of professional office experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in insurance processing preferred
• Experience working with Life and Annuity products preferred
