• 8+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
• Thorough knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and pricing landscape
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities

• Experience in shaping company culture through mentorship and community engagement
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams
• Proven track record of developing profitable product strategies
• Familiarity with wildfire risk management and related regulatory issues
• Willingness to travel for high‑impact relationship‑building opportunities
